Atzaro Residence Cape Town
A magnificent new build in Cape Town sets the bar for luxury villa rentals, from design to detailing.
The latest addition to the Atzaró rental portfolio, The Residence by Atzaró in Cape Town, South Africa, is an impressive luxury villa in a mid-century style.
The design, which was conceived by architectural firm Make Architects is spread across four floors and features seven suites, staff quarters, multiple living and dining areas, studies, a kitchen, a wellness suite and a gym, as well as several multi-facing terraces and decks with an outdoor kitchen, pool and barbecue facilities.
The home was, of course, designed with its prime location at the foot of Table Mountain in mind. “The property is inviting with an expansive and open feeling, at one with the spectacular views,” says Atzaró.
As such, every room is light-filled and spacious and boasts spectacular views of the city, its beaches and iconic mountain.
As befits a home in such a grand location and with such grand views, only the finest materials were used in the construction and decor, including bespoke furniture and only the best-quality finishes, such as hand-scraped and -chiselled oak flooring from Oggie Flooring, marble worktops and the finest cabinetry, all in smart neutrals for a sophisticated yet relaxed interior scheme that offers the “ultimate post-modern luxuriated nature-connection”.
The villa, which comes with full services available, including a house manager, two housekeepers, maintenance and an extra concierge on request, is available for exclusive rent.
