Maharani Tiles & Bathrooms: Kitchen Faucet
Tap into the latest kitchen faucet trends with Maharani Tiles & Bathrooms – suppliers of luxury bathroom solutions to the South African market.
Here, the team shares the top kitchen faucet trends straight from Graff, an international designer and manufacturer of luxury tiles and sanware, for 2023.
“Celebrating the kitchen not only as a space for cooking but also for entertaining, consumers are choosing eye-catching designer faucets appointed with luxurious finishes as kitchen centrepieces,” explains Graff.
This includes faucets in luxury finishes such as nickel, chrome, black and brass in a variety of finishes, including brushed, matte, polished, satin and dual-tone products.
Satin-nickel finishes, especially, are trending this year. This finish simultaneously delivers a contemporary look that is also timeless. Plus, with GRAFF’s exclusive Steelnox® technology, the finish also minimises fingerprints and water spots on faucets.
“And because satin nickel is a powder-coat finish, it’s also resistant to humidity and ultraviolet light and has a long lifespan,” adds Graff.
Another big trend in faucets this year is brushed finishes – whether gold, silver or coloured. From brushed nickel, unfinished brushed brass, brushed brass PVD, brushed onyx PVD and vintage brushed brass, to brushed rose gold PVD and new brushed rustic bronze, Graff has a huge variety of colour options to choose from.
Of these, the company says vintage brushed brass is perhaps the most popular: “It is a classic finish choice for fans of farmhouse, transitional, and traditional kitchen decor, while also offering a rustic or industrial accent for contemporary and minimalist styles”.
Lastly, Graff’s architectural black and matte black powder-coated options are another hot option for 2023. This trending option works well in classic and contemporary kitchen schemes and complements both light and dark countertops.
“Elevating culinary interiors ranging from minimalist to traditional, black finishes make a statement both practical and artful,” says Graff.
