Over the past 150 years, it has been our goal as Geberit to provide futuristic bathroom designs and technology.

While we strive to be pioneers of bathroom trends, we take into account that to achieve that, we cannot avoid the renovation processes for already existing buildings. This can be a costly undertaking, which means good planning and durable products are essential.

What has been achieved in this specific renovation project is optimization of a small space by taking a cluttered bathroom and turning it into a stylish bathroom with a modern touch.

Why was it a necessity to do this?

THE LUXURY OF SPACE

Simply installing a new wall-hung WC and washbasin with matching cabinet resulted in a much tidier and cleaner bathroom. Among other reasons, this was due to the free space underneath the toilet and washbasin area, which made the room appear larger.

CLEANLINESS MEANS COMFORT

A well-designed bathroom is not just a question of designs and colours – hygiene and cleanliness also play an important role. Avoiding corners and edges – as can be seen in the example with the wall-hung WC – eliminates nooks and crannies which would otherwise have to be cleaned carefully. The less time spent cleaning, the more time you have to enjoy your bathroom.
