KANTHA SARI QUILT
This reversible throw/quilt was made from old cotton saris and stitched using kantha embroidery. Kantha is a prominent form of embroidery consisting of running stitches, often practiced by rural women in east Asia, especially in India and Bangladesh. These unique pieces are a beautiful way of up-cycling old saris.
