But our daydreams of soaking up the sun and splashing in the sea wouldn’t be complete without a sweet and frozen treat! So to prepare for the perfect summer, we thought we’d brush up on our popsicle-making skills. It’s time to get out those popsicle moulds and join the Make it Wonderful team as they walk us through 3 unbelievably tasty fruit popsicle recipes. Keep Cool With These 3 Fruit Popsicle Recipes 1.A Strawberry & Cream Popsicle Dream

  • 4 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 3 tbsp. water
  • 3 tbsp. sugar or honey
  • ½ cup whipping cream
  • ½ tsp. vanilla essence

Serving: Makes 10 popsicles Method:

  1. Add the strawberries, water and sugar together in a small saucepan, and place this on the stove, over a medium-heat. Leave this to simmer for approximately 5 minutes.
  2. Wait until the strawberries are completely cooled before you puree the mixture.
  3. Blend the cream and vanilla essence together in a separate bowl, for around two minutes, and then fold the strawberry mixture into this. Now that the popsicle mixture is ready, you can pour it into the moulds, and leave this to freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.

2.A Taste Of Watermelon Heaven

  • 3 cups seedless watermelon cubes
  • 1 ¾ cups coconut water

Serving: Makes 10 popsicles Method:

  1. Mix the watermelon and coconut water together in a blender, or puree the ingredients with a stick blender.
  2. Add the mixture into the popsicle moulds and freeze until hardened.

  3.A Passionately Fruity Popsicle Recipe

  • 1 ½ cups canned coconut milk
  • ¼ cup passion fruit juice
  • ¼ tsp. lemon or lime zest
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. passion fruit seeds

Serving: Makes 6 popsicles Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender until the consistency is smooth.
  2. Fill the moulds with this popsicle mixture and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours.
