House tour: Stockholm archipelago

Pale, pretty and modern, this beautiful home interior stylist Mari Strenghielm Nord has created a lovely oasis for her and her family in the Stockholm archipelago. The house originates from the late 1800s and it was important for Mari and her husband Christian that the house would get back to its original appearance. So they searched for a wood burning stove that was from the same era (late 1800’s). The old tile stove comes from a stove builder in the Old Town of Stockholm. The simplicity has a sweet charm, where clutter is nowhere to be seen, space is well used and each mantel and table is organised to perfection.
