RECIPE: Raspberry Apricot Cheesecake

Being a cheesecake fan, I fairly pounced on this recipe by Natasha’s Kitchen. This Raspberry Apricot Cheesecake with Chocolate Crust will go down well served with an artisanal blend of coffee, a great group of friends and if lucky enough, on someone’s patio or balcony overlooking the city.
Great for a summertime soiree because of its added berry and apricot flavours, ensure your stomach is open and ready for a slice of heaven. According to the baker, “The raspberries, chocolate crust, apricot and chocolate shavings take it over the top. This one’s a keeper and if you’ve never made a cheesecake before; it’s easier than you think!”
