This time it’s all about the 100% Design South Africa trade show, and we couldn’t be happier to see what will be welcomed and embraced into the industry this year. The show, now in it’s third year celebrates international and local products, attracting design trade professionals and enthusiasts to revel in its trends and spaces. Visitors can expect a collaboration with Plascon, a featured design house from Dokter and Misses and a sophisticated studio of Slow Lounge fame is the designer choice for the annual hospitality interior display, 100% Hotel. Be sure to check out 100 Beautiful Things, a show favourite that singles out 100 South African product designs, which are carefully selected and then artfully displayed and pop into the 100% Cafe: a vibrant meet-and-eat gathering space at the heart of the show which will be decked out in style by Jacket Interiors. An exclusive trade-only morning will take place on 5 August thereafter the show will be open to all. 100% Design South Africa takes place alongside Decorex Joburg, but is located in its own hall.
