We’re so glad that there are homeowners who see the value in a dominant greyscale space. The colour is growing on us, as we watch it grow – on the catwalks, look-books and interiors. Grey is such a strong base colour to work off as it doesn’t overwhelm you like black would, and doesn’t risk the chance of it looking too clean when your walls and furniture are a collection of white panels, furnishings and decor. This house appears to work with its contrast and fill it with rich detailing and spoils of art and house plants. We love the tan leather chair in front of the art covered wall – it stands out as if it were personally customised to fit someone’s body. It goes so well with the grey colour palette, which is a bit of a surprise. You don’t often see brown and grey used together, so this is a refreshing partnership.Via
