The first mood I pick up on in this space is how calm, collected and grounded it appears to be. The styling is done by Emma Hos & Blackbird Style, who use simple choices of pairing up furniture, depending on the person’s character and taste. Delicate, uncluttered and with a good use of space, this Gothenburg apartment has a natural atmosphere that feels very organic- in its art, its rugs, its choice of couches and linen. Minimal, but definitely not bare, each room takes it selection of colours to compliment the wooden floors. Even the choice of chairs around the work/dining table is something I would imagine only being used on a balcony or patio, but compliments the room so well. It goes to show that you can’t limit what works in a house, but rather experiment with what might work.Via
