Velvet Liqueur

Try whipping up this rich and creamy Velvet Liqueur! It’s so silky and sweet and even more delicious served cold, making a soothing sundowner or treat after dinner. You can also add ice cream once you’ve made the mixture to make some fantastic Dom Pedros. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

397g can full cream condensed milk

250ml cream

30ml Illovo Chocolate Sauce

2 large eggs, beaten

5ml vanilla essence

250ml whiskey

5ml instant coffee granules dissolved in 10ml hot water

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Chill and store in fridge.

Tip: Beat into ice cream for Dom Pedros

For a variation, substitute the chocolate sauce with Illovo Chocolate Mint Sauce.
