Chicken Drumsticks with Curry Orange Marinade
This is one of those recipes you can prepare super quickly the night before and leave to soak in all the delicious flavours until you’re ready to cook the next day! Ingredients 8 chicken drumsticks 65ml Illovo Traditional Syrup 10ml curry powder 125ml orange juice 5ml salt 15ml olive oil Method
- Place drumsticks snugly fitting into a shallow oven dish
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the drumsticks. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Remove drumsticks from marinade and oven grill or cook over indirect coals in a kettle braai, basting frequently with marinade until cooked and well browned.
