Making Waves with the new Apple iPhone X
Phones have become an integral part of our lives – both personally and professionally. These days, we do just about everything on our phones, from online shopping, banking, business calls, day planning, scheduling and more! I desperately needed an upgrade and I must admit, I couldn’t be happier than I am with Apples’ new iPhone X. A very special thanks to Cellucity for pre-ordering one for me… my service provider specialist of note!
Making waves in the field of technology and connectivity, the iPhone X is Apple’s new flagship 10th anniversary iPhone featuring a 5.8-inch OLED display, facial recognition and 3D camera functionality, a glass body, and an A11 Bionic processor. Launched 3 November 2017. According to Apple, the iPhone X represents the biggest technological leap forward since the original iPhone was introduced 10 years ago, and it sets the path for the next decade of iPhone development.
Stylish and sophisticated, the iPhone X has a 5.8-inch front screen which is the largest display introduced in an iPhone yet. It melts beautifully into a highly polished curved-edge stainless steel band that encircles a durable all-glass body available in two pearlescent finishes: Space Gray and Silver. Both feature a black front panel. A handy feature for any modern individual with an active lifestyle, the glass body of the device is IP67 water and dust resistant – so you can operate it with ease, without the added worry of your phone being damaged by wear and tear. Possibly one of the coolest features is that the new iPhone X now enables support for inductive wireless charging for the first time! This phone also takes facial recognition and security up a notch. The Face ID uses infrared camera technology so it works in the dark. It also uses machine learning and detects your face with hats, glasses, beards, and other objects that obscure your face.
Because it uses a 3D map of the face, Face ID cannot be fooled by photos, masks, or other facial replicas. As an added layer of security, Face ID is “attention aware” and unlocks your iPhone only when you’re looking at it. So do I see the feasibility of upgrading to new i phone X – I am loving IT! I opted for the silver face with the 256 gigs as I love taking pictures and been very active on social media.
The images that I work with are large in size so it fits all my requirements. The whole design and camera performance has reached a stage of perfection in the world of iphones! Its a win win for me – thanks to Cellucity for the help in moving all my images and making the transition even more PERFECT…
