House Tour: Modern classicism in Norway

White walls, white furniture and white tiling is on the up. Making its way to international trends in different countries with diverse cultures and lifestyles, the white theme is becoming a current aesthetic in many homes. In this house, belonging to Nina and Terje – the Norway home was built in 1927 – the functionalist period – but owns outside the elements of Scandinavian classical architecture characterized by symmetry. The entrance is centered on the façade and the windows have small panes . Inside, however, the rooms are open, bright and functional. Here there a few statement pieces that balance out the white minimal theme, giving each space a little something extra.
